Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will provide you with a full repair, refund or store credit.

We are not obligated to replace or refund items which have been damaged due to misuse, including poor ventilation and over extended operations without cooling periods.

If returning an item please remember to send us the tracking number. If the item is defective we will refund the cost of shipping to you once we have recieved the item.

Returns where you decide you do not like nor wish to keep the item are refundable provided the item is returned in restockable condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and customs costs for these returns.

Refunds are for the cost of the item excluding shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Digital Download Items are exempt from the returns policy.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Standard Shipping (Trackable) is provided with all our products.

Delivery times are based on working days.

Items are shipped Monday - Friday.

Your items will be with you in 3-5 working days.

Express shipping is available, please contact us for a quote.


Once your item has been shipped you may track its progress via the order status page in your customer panel.

Please note, it may take 24 hours from our notifying you your item was shipped before it is trackable online.

Items are shipped in plain packaging and are marked discreetly.
In the unlikely event a package is delayed for inspection by customs, the buyer accepts that quoted shipping times do not apply.


The buyer assumes all liability for any customs and import charges.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
